Registration Fees
Important information regarding registration is below:
- Early bird registration deadline: Aug 7, 2022;
July 31, 2022
- Authors Registration deadline: Aug 7, 2022;
July 31, 2022*
- Full paper submission deadline (Optional): Oct 20, 2022;
Sept 11, 2022; August 31, 2022
- The conference shall follow “no full paper without presentation and not more than one presentation per registered participant”
- Authors/Participants who are not very sure of attending the conference in person may register for "Online Category" and then upgrade to "In Person Category" by paying the difference amount. However, care should be taken to process Visa (if applicable) in time.
*The authors requiring Visa are requested to register and approach the organizers well in advance (before July 31, 2022) so that necessary documents can be prepared and sent in time.

Registration fees includes 18% GST.
Registrations are accepted online only.
Transaction charges are to be borne by the registrant.
Student Registration:
Student attendees must upload in the registration page a letter from their Department Head/Chair stating that the attendee is a full time student. The online registration tool will only proceed after the upload of this document.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
A 50% refund of the registration fee can be claimed until July 31, 2022 (Less bank charges). To that end, a written cancellation request should be submitted to the organizers.
An automated email would be sent to the submitted email ID. Official invoice/receipt would be emailed in 5-7 days from the date of transaction/payment
